It is hard to know if one is a good writer, but there can be many perceptions of such. So, let us learn a few qualities of a good writer.
Originality is the main focus
Firstly, a writer has to have originality in their context. A true writer is when she has a clear idea of what she wants to present and that it reflects her own thoughts and not someone else’s persona.
A good writer observes surrounding
It is rightfully said that we must observe our surroundings than blabber about them. This should be the soul motto of a good writer. A good writer observes the subtle details around her and makes notes on how to portray them in her work.
This not only makes her fantastic editor who can spot any grammatical mistake, but adds a little special touch to her writing too. In this way, no detail gets left behind.

Ever felt frustrated re-writing the same paragraph over and over again to make it look a bit decent than the last? A good writer has to go through this all the time. It is the only way improvements are made in writing edits.
